| Recent publications by Laogai Research Foundation |
Established in 1992, the Laogai Research Foundation attempts to document the misery of the Chinese prioners besides its many dedications to improve human rights in China. Each year the Foundation publishes five to six biographical works by the ex-prisoners and victims of communist regime, in hope that these true stories will enliven people's awareness that China, the powerhouse of world economy, is pervaded by appalling human right abuse.
