| German Bundestag condemns Chinas laogai system |

German Bundestag proposed a resolution to condemn China's laogai system and to require the government consider this issue in the bilateral dialogue between German and China. If passed, this will be the second resolution condemning China¡¯s laogai system in the western countries. The first one was passed in 2005 by the US Congress.
