This Year's NPC Bombshell
Mou Chuanheng
Summary: As long as 230 years ago, Sweden established a "Declaration of Assets for Public Servants," and in 1978 the United States passed a "Official Conduct and Ethics Law" that requires all public servants, including the President, to periodically declare the assets of themselves and their dependants. China's excuses of "protecting official privacy" and "conditions not being ripe" are pure nonsense.
